Refund & Cancellation Policies

TMR System (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides consulting services scoped through individual written agreements (such as a Statement of Work or Consulting Agreement). Because every engagement is custom-designed, payment terms, cancellation provisions, and refund eligibility are defined within each client’s agreement.
General Policy
All fees, payment schedules, and deliverable milestones are established in a written agreement before any work begins. No charges are made without a signed agreement in place.
Cancellation terms — including notice requirements, work-in-progress compensation, and any applicable refund provisions — are specified in each engagement agreement.
If No Written Agreement Exists
If you have been charged by TMR System and do not have a signed agreement on file, please contact us immediately at partners@tmrsystem.com. We will review and resolve the matter promptly.
Disputes
If you have questions or concerns about a charge, please contact us at partners@tmrsystem.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing concerns directly and in good faith.
